We are seeking a highly flexible and passionate Sales Managers to join our team at CDG Group. This role offers a unique opportunity to spearhead the launch of a new business vertical focused on health tech and lifestyle products.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to suggest and coordinate the sourcing of health tech and lifestyle products from international markets for domestic distribution.
Develop and implement sales strategies to introduce and distribute products through various channels, including online (e-commerce platforms, social media, websites), offline (malls, shops, department stores), and dealers.
Be ready to travel domestically to meet with partners, visit potential markets, and support the team in their sourcing efforts.
Leverage excellent communication skills to liaise with international partners and create compelling PowerPoint presentations to pitch products and sales strategies.
Drive sales initiatives with enthusiasm, focusing on achieving targets and exploring new business opportunities.
Manage and optimize sales across multiple channels, ensuring effective product placement and promotion.
As the first member of this new business unit, lay the groundwork for future expansion, including the potential to recruit and lead a team.
Monitor sales performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications
Full working rights for Thailand, open to any gender.
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B sales, with a focus on government and corporate sectors.
A strong interest in health and wellness
Experience with bidding processes is highly preferred.
High adaptability and willingness to travel frequently.
Having your own vehicle is an advantage.
Proficiency in English and strong presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and take initiative, with a forward-thinking mindset for future team leadership.
