This position is responsible for brand’s social/digital presence. He/she will be the center of brand content and all communications delivered to public including websites, social maintenance as well as influencer marketing.

Responsibilities
Plan campaign content/asset and social content calendar.
Develop local content and creative assets for campaign communication.
Tailor brand stories and leverage contents from local influencers (digital & traditional) on brand’s online and social media platforms.
Ensure that all the communications align with communication strategy and communication messages.
Collaborate with HR team and other business units to ensure that all promotional communications are within brand’s direction and guidelines.
Manage day-to-day production, as well as schedules and overall expected results.
Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content.
Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement. (e.g. comments and shares)
Measure web traffic to content. (e.g. conversion and bounce rates)
Monitor Q&A, including direct messages from owned online channels.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in public relations, Journalism, Communication Arts, Marketing, Digital Marketing or related fields
2-4 years of experience in digital communications, influencer marketing, digital marketing, media planning, content marketing or social media
Dynamic, detail oriented & think creatively.
Ability to perform multi tasks, meet deadlines, strong project and time management.
Good command of read and written English.
Computer literacy, digital savvy with ability to use Chat GPT and AI.
