Responsibilities
Provides technical support on computer hardware and software in a corporate network environment.
Provide consistent quality customer services to external clients based within SLA
Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
Responds to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support.
Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
Reports to IT managers

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or related area
0-2 years of working experience in the IT support field or in a related area. (Welcome new graduation)
Good technical knowledge in computer hardware and software.
Mature, reliable, service oriented, and have ability to work under pressures
