Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions in the software solution industry, including developers, business analysts, system analysts, UX/UI designers, solution engineers, Solution Sales, Pre-Sales, and more.
Post job openings on various job boards and design attractive job descriptions to maximize visibility and candidate engagement.
Utilize social media and digital platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Line, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, and other emerging trends, to reach and engage potential candidates.
Coordinate with the Corporate Branding team to align recruitment activities with employer branding initiatives and support social engagement events.
Participate in university roadshows, career fairs, and social events to build a strong pipeline of tech talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Provide recruitment data and regularly update it on the CDG’s systems.
Ensure a positive candidate experience, from initial outreach to final onboarding.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on the software solution industry.
Experience with job board postings and proficiency in designing job descriptions for online platforms.
Knowledge of the latest social media trends.
Strong communication skills in Thai; English proficiency is an advantage.
High flexibility, a self-starter, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
A pleasant personality with a passion for connecting with and building relationships with candidates.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
