Development Project of Animal and Carcass Movement (e-Movement Smart Kiosk), the Department of Livestock Development
CDG Group together with the Division of Veterinary Inspection and Quarantine has developed the e-Movement Smart Kiosk, an automatic inspection system for animals and carcasses, to facilitate operators with a 24-hour service access. One of the prominent attributes is its simple operating procedure which results in less time spent and better services with continuous system development for the ultimate benefits of the public. Thanks to these, the Department of Livestock Development received the government administration award from the Office of the Public Sector Development Commission (OPDC) as a “good” service developer for the year 2019.

CDG Group and the Bureau of Registration Administration unveil next-generation public service platforms. Personal Profile utilizes the Linkage Center of the Department of Provincial Administration. It integrates comprehensive information, ranging from personal data and house registration details to ID card information and even COVID vaccination records, sourced from various government agencies. This data repository utilizes a robust 13-digit indexing system to establish seamless connections within the Request Submission System (e-Form). By leveraging this innovative infrastructure, individuals gain easy access to a wide array of Department of Provincial Administration services, including civil registration, card registration, general registration, and English language certification. Additionally, users can effortlessly verify their identity and authenticate their digital presence through the ThaID Application. E-Approve empowers officers to efficiently review and authorize requests submitted through the e-Form system. E-Certificate and Digital Signature dynamically generates customized documents for each request, incorporating digital signatures and electronic stamps authenticated by the Timestamping Authority (TSA). The system delivers these certified documents to the applicants, ensuring efficient workflows.
DOPA Digital Citizen Service, Department of Provincial Administration
