This transformative initiative involves seamless replication of refugee information from the UNHCR database into the robust database infrastructure of the Bureau of Registration Administration. The system goes beyond storage, as it assigns unique house code numbers and new refugee identification numbers to facilitate efficient management. The project encompasses the procurement of advanced hardware and network systems, accompanied by seamless program within key central areas, including the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Internal Security Affairs Bureau, and 9 District Registration Administration Bureaus, serving as the primary location for refugee shelter. Furthermore, CDG Group has developed of a program specifically designed for printing detailed refugee information. This innovative solution is accompanied by a state-of-the-art program that records first and last names in Thai, complemented by an advanced system that verifies the accuracy of the captured information. These integrated components prepare the necessary data for printing refugee cards. Additionally, a comprehensive card printing program and a reporting system for card delivery to refugees are implemented, revolutionizing the efficiency of capturing and processing sensitive data. In an innovative mobile computer system project, we expand government services directly to the people through a cutting-edge Mobile Unit. This groundbreaking initiative revolutionizes service delivery by providing a comprehensive and seamless ID card creation experience, all conveniently housed within a fully equipped mobile vehicle. From streamlined information input and photo capture to ID card issuance, this offers a holistic and efficient solution, bringing government services directly to individuals in a convenient, on-the-go fashion.
e-DOPA License System, Investigation and Legal Affairs Bureau
