Connect with Farmers for a Stronger Relationship and Sustainability
Connect with farmers through an electronic management system.
With the agricultural sector playing an important role in Thai economy, CDG Group has developed information systems that connect and collect agricultural data from the Ministry of Agriculture Department and Cooperatives with related sectors to create a database for the operations of the National Farmers Council and Provincial Farmers Councils throughout the country.
The Office of Agricultural Economics‘ agricultural information center system has been developed to help with data storage, analyze and integrate agricultural data for effective decision making, and easily communicate with farmers. Through this system, farmers will be able to access the information thoroughly and quickly, covering different services. This will provide the technology to explore necessary information for the management of the agricultural sector such as socio-economic, household and agricultural labor conditions.
E-Movement system for animal locomotion by CDG Group helps link the data between the Department of Livestock Development’s two systems namely the Livestock Standard System (e-Service), used for electronic licensing for animal movement permits in the Kingdom, and the National Animal Identification and Registration (NID) system that helps identify livestock for animal records in order to plan, control, and monitor disease outbreaks. It also helps with the production planning of livestock in Thailand. Having the two systems linked, animal inspection agencies will have up-to-date information for more effective livestock production.
Additionally, CDG Group has developed the E-Operation, an operational management allowing for increased efficiency of public services, including an expenditure budget for various projects of both central and provincial agencies across the country along with other innovations to support Thai farmers in the future.
